These terms apply to the Pipeline Hero website, the free downloadable resources, demo requests, and the private beta waiting list. By using the site you agree to them.
Private beta
Pipeline Hero is pre-release software. Features can change, pause, or disappear, and joining the waiting list does not guarantee access or a specific launch date.
Free resources
The checklist, guide, and worksheet are general guidance for early-stage B2B sales, not advice about your specific business. You can use them inside your own company and share them unchanged; please do not resell them or republish them as your own.
Fair use
Please do not scrape the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without telling us, submit other people's details to the waiting list, or use the product to break the law.
Your data
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy, including how to request a copy or deletion.
Liability
The site is provided as is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using pre-release features or sample data.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be noted in the changelog.
