Privacy policy

What we collect
Right now Pipeline Hero is in private beta and the only personal data we collect is what you type into the early access form: your email address, and optionally your name, company, role, CRM, team size, and the sales challenge you described. We also store the page that referred you.
Why we collect it
We use it to contact you about early access, to understand which teams the product should serve first, and to prioritise integrations. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time using the request form below.
Where it lives
Signups are stored in our managed Postgres database, hosted in the EU region of our infrastructure provider. Access is restricted to the Pipeline Hero team through server-side credentials; the public app can add a signup but cannot read the list.
How long we keep it
We keep beta signups until launch plus twelve months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to processing. Use the form below and we will respond within 30 days.
Free resources
When you open one of the free downloads we record which resource it was, the page you came from, and anything you chose to enter: an email address, where your deals live, and how many people sell. The email field is optional and the download works without it.
Demo requests
A demo request stores your email and anything else you add: name, company, CRM, people selling, timeline, and the concerns you describe. We use it to prepare for the call and to reply to you.
Cookies and optional storage
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. We do ask once whether we may keep an anonymous id in your browser so repeat visits and downloads can be linked and you are not asked for the same details twice. Declining changes nothing about what you can use, and clearing your browser storage removes it. Once accounts exist, session cookies will be strictly necessary, secure, and http-only.
